Files uploaded to DAWShare are encrypted at rest on the server using server-managed encryption keys.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the use of DAWShare and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
